I'm Irue (They/Them), a nonbinary illustrator that's looking to create artwork that makes myself and others smile.I currently spend most of my time making fanart, but I'm beginning to shape my own original content as well!Fandoms; Deltarune, Hollow Knight, Pokemon, Kirby, Cookie Run, The Amazing Digital Circus, Sonic, etc.

Q: What materials/programs do you use?
As of recently, I complete all of my pieces using IbisPaintX, a stylus and my phone! Sometimes minor edits or multiple variants of my works are made using PicArts. Most works are sketched traditionally, photographed, and are imported into IbisPaintX for the bulk of the process.Material Used:

Sometime in the future, I will be taking commissions for pixel art, character designing, and animated emotes! While the latter two don't have a timeframe, pixel art commissions will be coming sooner than later!

TERMS OF SERVICE
Disclaimer
Before commissioning me, it is highly important that you've read through the Terms of Service. Be certain you understand and agree with all terms.
You're not permitted to use my work for anything AI and/or NFT purposes and anything alike.
You're not permitted to use my work for profit, unless I have given permission for such use.
Any reposts of my work are permitted WITH DIRECT CREDIT to me.
You are responsible for saving any artwork you commission from me.
Any reposts MUST post the version that includes my watermark (Excluding emotes.)
Do NOT post anything created by me in galleries meant to display only your OWN work or only the work of someone else.
Physical reproduction of my work is permitted only for personal, non-profit use.
You are not permitted to edit or modify my work without my permission.
Under no circumstances are you permitted to claim a commission made by me as your own work.
You're welcome to reference my work, but tracing is strictly forbidden.
I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason I see fit.
Any harassment in an attempt to get a discount, additional slot, or anything alike isn't tolerated, and will only result in you being denied access to my services, permanently.
If you do NOT agree with the Terms of Service, then I will not begin your commission.
Process & Guidelines
Contacting & Discussion
You, the Client, must directly message me through one of my given platforms, those being Twitter; Tumblr, Newgrounds, Artistree, Gmail or Discord (iirue ✨#7126).
It’s better to fill out the commission form, but it is not needed. You're more likely to receive your commission quicker by completing and submitting the form.
Once I have received your commission form, I will contact you about confirming your slot and getting any reference picture you have.
If you need your commission completed by a deadline, this is the time to inform me. However, I have a right to decline any request with a deadline that is too strict.
If you do not wish to fill out the commission form, send me a message stating that you'd like to commission me and that you've agreed to the Terms of Service. You can list your commission details either before or after I replied to your message.
All and any messages sent, regardless of platform, must be in English.
It’s best to send me reference images with your request. These can be anything from color schemes, outfits, poses, frames from an animated show, other artwork, etc. The more references, the easier it is for me to create exactly what you'd want! In some cases, even at a quicker pace, too!
Process
The process can range from three days to three months, but this all depends on the complexity of your request. Process: Rough Sketch — Final Sketch — Linework — Flat Color — Shading & Rendering
The wait-list will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. Once all commission details have been discussed and 50% payment received, your spot on the waitlist is final.
All customers will receive an update on their piece every two to four days, unless requested otherwise.
All updates will come in the form of a .png or .jpg, along with written details about overall progression. Watermarks will only be removed from these updates once 100% of payment has been received.
You may only request two major adjustments and three minor adjustments for your commission. Contact me with any questions about adjustments.
You may not email me questions about your commission more than three times a week.
I will not rush to complete your commission under any circumstance.
Payment & Refunds
All payments will be accepted through CashApp; Venmo, Kofi or Square.
Only payment in USD will be accepted.
I may charge an additional fee depending on the amount of detail on your character/design; but I may also discount the price on simpler designs.
No transaction of any kind will occur until all commission details have been discussed.
Before any work is started, 50% payment must be given upfront.
If payment isn’t received within 24-36 hours of fully discussing commission details, your commission will be canceled.
Once you, the client, have approved of the final sketch, you must pay the remaining 50% of the price and I will move on to the next phase.
I reserve the right to fully refund you If I’m unable to complete your commission.
You will NOT receive your piece without my watermarks until I have received full payment.
You must contact me If you need to cancel your commission for any reason. The amount you will be refunded is the amount you paid subtracted from the amount of work I have completed.
